Collection Orders
Must be returned within 14 days.
Any product may be returned to our Liverpool showroom within 14 days of purchasing. Subject to the item being in perfect condition and proof of purchase being shown, a full refund will be given.
Delivery Orders
Must be returned within 14 days.
Any delivery fee is not refundable. Any return must be paid for and organized by the customer. A refund will only ever be issued once all items are both in our possession and in perfect condition. All returns must be returned to our Liverpool showroom.
Is your product damaged or defected?
We will offer you a replacement or refund following an internal investigation.
Note.
We reserve the right to make a restocking and handling charge where appropriate and reasonable.
Specifically ordered or non stock items are not refundable.
Pursuant to the Consumer Rights Act, if you are not satisfied with the order or you have changed your mind, you have 14 days to inform us after receipt of the goods have been received, you are liable for the cost of the return.
