About the Soil Pipe 135° Bend Double Socket
Soil pipe and fittings for the above-ground stack, the pipe that takes toilet waste down to the drain. Plain and socket ended lengths, with the bends and branches to bring each floor’s waste into one run. uPVC won’t rust and never needs painting.
The job. Carries waste from toilets and bathrooms down the building and into the underground drain.
You will also need. Pipe clips to fix the stack, boss adaptors for the smaller waste pipes, and a connection to the underground drain.
Watch out for. The stack must breathe. Seal it dead at the top and every flush pulls the water out of the traps, so fit a vent or an air admittance valve.
