About the Half Round Gutter 90° Bend
Half round is the standard gutter profile on most UK houses. This family is the complete system, with gutter lengths, unions to join them, bends for the corners, stopends to close a run, fascia brackets to carry it, and running outlets, the fittings that drop the flow into the downpipe. It’s uPVC, so it won’t rust, rot or need painting. If your roof is steep or unusually large, half round can overflow, and that is the job deepflow was made for.
The job. Catches rain off the roof edge and carries it to the downpipe, run after run, without leaks.
You will also need. Fascia brackets to carry every run, and a downpipe with its own fittings to take the water to the drain.
Watch out for. Gutter needs a slight fall towards the outlet. Dead level and water sits in it; fall the wrong way and it pours over the stopend.
